Quotations and Orders
All project quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Production commences upon formal written sign-off of shop drawings and receipt of agreed deposit.
Intellectual Property
All website content, text, imagery, and proprietary design layouts remain the exclusive property of Pro Weld Ltd. and may not be reproduced without explicit written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Pro Weld Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the misuse of fabricated components outside their engineered design parameters.
